The cloakroom is located on the ground floor of the music hall and is open to visitors during events. Use of the cloakroom is free of charge for everyone.
If your cloakroom number is lost, please let us know – you will be charged a €10 compensation fee and must prove that the clothes waiting under the lost number belong to you.
For some special events, the organizer may charge a fee for cloakroom services, but we will always inform you of this in advance.
We are happy to store your outerwear in the cloakroom, but we do not offer a luggage storage service.
We recommend that you leave your personal belongings at home or keep them safely with you, as the music hall administration cannot be held responsible for items left in the pockets of your outer garments or on the premises.
If something is lost, we will keep found items for a month – feel free to let us know if you are looking for something!
We ask that you enter the hall without coats or large bags so that everyone can be comfortable.
If you would like to inquire about lost items, please call us at +372 5585 434 or write to teenindus [at] ukuaru.ee (teenindus[at]ukuaru[dot]ee) – we will be happy to help!
You are most welcome!
We are happy to welcome guests with reduced mobility who wish to participate in our events. We will do our best to make you feel comfortable and noticed here.
The hall on the first floor is accessible via a ramp. The chamber hall on the second floor can be reached by elevator, which is located near the reception desk. Our staff will assist and guide you if necessary.
For wheelchair users, there are seats in rows 10–12 in the Fratres hall – two on the left and two on the right. We therefore recommend that accompanying persons purchase seats in rows 10, 11, or 12.
There are two ways to enter the Music House:
- If you are arriving by car, approach from Kastani puiestee and follow the signs to the Muusikamaja Ukuaru car park. There are two disabled parking spaces in the car park. From the car park entrance, you can go directly to the ground floor, where you will find toilets and a cloakroom. After ticket control, our staff will assist you to the elevator, which will take you to the first floor, where you can access the hall.
- When arriving from the main entrance on Võimla Street, you will see stairs leading to the second floor in the foyer. To the left of the stairs, you will see a ramp leading to the hall. If you get lost, go to the reception desk in the foyer, where our staff will be happy to guide you to the hall.
You can also call +372 5585 434 to let us know you have arrived, so that our staff can meet you and guide you to your destination.
Currently, the café is only open during events.

These matters are handled by the event organizer.
To help keep everyone safe, the Concert Hall uses video cameras. The Concert Hall and our security partner may check these recordings if there is a good reason to do so. If a recording relates to an incident (for example, damage or public order disruptions), it may be kept for up to 3 years after the issue is resolved, if needed.
In the Fratres hall of the Ukuaru Concert Hall, seats 1 to 23 on the left and right-side balconies in the first row have limited visibility. Seats 1 to 22 in the left- and right-hand balconies of the second row may have a poor view of the stage. These visibility issues are due to safety barriers required at the edges of the balconies. The barriers are in place to keep visitors safe and to comply with the Rescue Board's guidelines and EU standards.
